How it works: 

Dependent upon your plan the amount will annually accrue. The amount caps at $1,000. If you cancel your plan before capping or using your credit, it will remain in our records to be used for 3 months after cancellation. If you renew your plan before the end of this time your credit will remain. After this amount of time with no renewal your credit will reset.
